This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by InsideFounders.com (“InsideFounders,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. General Policy
All payments made to InsideFounders are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
We operate a service-based and recognition-based platform; therefore, significant resources are allocated immediately upon purchase.
2. Membership Fees (Including IFBM)
For memberships including founder memberships, investor memberships, or IFBM programs:

• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated

• Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not refund past payments

• If membership includes promotional exposure, content creation, or listing publication, no refunds will be issued once published

Auto-renewal (if applicable) can be canceled before the next billing cycle.
3. Awards & Recognition Programs
For award nominations, submissions, or recognition programs:

• Submission fees are non-refundable

• Review and evaluation begin immediately upon submission

• Non-selection does not qualify for refund

• Awards revoked due to misinformation will not be refunded

4. Events & Networking Sessions
For event registrations:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event may be eligible for partial credit (not cash refund)

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

• If InsideFounders cancels the event, a full refund or credit will be provided

Tickets may be transferable upon written request and approval.
5. Business Intelligence Network (BIN) & Consulting Services
For BIN services, advisory sessions, or consulting:

• Payments are non-refundable once service has commenced

• If canceled before service delivery begins, refund may be considered at our discretion

• Strategy documents, frameworks, or deliverables already shared are non-refundable

6. Digital Products & Content Services
For:

• Digital reports

• Strategy frameworks

• Credibility reports

• Profile features

• Magazine features

• Website article publications

All sales are final once delivered or published.
7. Subscription Cancellation
