From the Legal Profession to Education, Empowerment, Fashion, and Business—A Journey Defined by Purpose and Reinvention

Some journeys follow a carefully drawn roadmap. Others evolve through unexpected turns, opening doors that were never part of the original plan. Aayushhi Siingh’s journey belongs to the latter.

A lawyer by education, an educator by purpose, and an entrepreneur by passion, Aayushhi has built a multidimensional career that bridges law, learning, social impact, fashion, and business. Her story is a powerful reminder that professional success does not always come from following one path—it can come from having the courage to explore several.

Her professional journey began with a BA LL.B. from Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore. With a strong interest in the legal profession, she prepared for the Judiciary, envisioning a conventional career within the legal system. However, her journey soon took an unexpected turn when she joined a law firm in Delhi.

The experience gave her valuable exposure to the practical world of law and strengthened her understanding of the profession. Driven by a desire to deepen her expertise, Aayushhi went on to pursue an LL.M. in Corporate and Finance Law from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat.

Then came an experience that would significantly broaden her perspective.

A Transformative Learning Experience

Her learning experience at Harvard became an important turning point. It encouraged her to look beyond conventional definitions of a legal career and recognise the possibilities that existed at the intersection of knowledge, communication, leadership, and personal development.

Returning to India, Aayushhi began travelling across the country to conduct professional training programmes. Her work focused on areas that have become increasingly important in workplaces, educational institutions, and society—including POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences), and Soft Skills.

Through these training sessions, she moved beyond simply understanding laws to helping people understand them.

Her approach has been rooted in creating awareness, encouraging responsible behaviour, strengthening communication, and empowering individuals with knowledge that can make a meaningful difference in their personal and professional lives.

From Training Rooms to the Runway

Just when her professional journey seemed firmly rooted in law and education, another unexpected opportunity emerged.

Aayushhi participated in Mrs. Central India, where she emerged as the Runner-Up. The experience introduced her to the world of modelling and fashion, adding an entirely new dimension to her identity.

For Aayushhi, the runway was not a departure from her purpose—it became another platform through which she could express confidence, individuality, and leadership.

Her journey demonstrates that professional identity does not have to be restricted to a single title. A lawyer can become a trainer. A trainer can become a model. And an individual with a passion for empowerment can build an organisation around that purpose.

Building Wings for Women and Men

With a vision to create spaces where people can feel heard, supported, empowered, and inspired to grow, Aayushhi founded Winged Women—a platform dedicated to meaningful conversations, learning, personal development, and positive change.

At the heart of Winged Women is a belief that empowerment should be inclusive. The platform seeks to create safe and empowering spaces for women, men, and children to talk, learn, grow, and create meaningful change through training and dialogue.

For Aayushhi, empowerment begins with creating an environment where individuals can openly express themselves, gain knowledge, ask questions, build confidence, and recognise their own strengths.

Through Winged Women, she conducts training programmes, awareness sessions, and one-on-one counselling, encouraging individuals to explore their potential while developing greater awareness of themselves and the world around them.

Her work brings together the different dimensions of her professional experience—her background in law, expertise in POSH and POCSO, training capabilities, communication skills, and passion for creating positive social impact.

The platform also reflects her understanding that meaningful change is created through dialogue and education. By bringing people together to learn, discuss important issues, and challenge limiting perspectives, Winged Women aims to contribute to stronger, more aware, and more inclusive communities.

Rather than viewing empowerment as a destination or a single achievement, Aayushhi sees it as an ongoing journey—one that begins when individuals are given the confidence, knowledge, and space to recognize their capabilities and make informed choices.

Entrepreneurship with Eakia

Her entrepreneurial journey developed alongside her professional and social-impact work.

Together with her husband, Aayushhi co-founded Eakia, a clothing brand that brought her into the world of fashion and business from a different perspective.

Entrepreneurship has added another layer to her already diverse journey—one that demands creativity, decision-making, resilience, and the ability to transform an idea into something tangible.

For Aayushhi, Eakia represents more than a business venture. It is another expression of her willingness to explore new possibilities and build something of her own.

A Career Without Conventional Boundaries

Aayushhi Siingh's journey challenges the idea that success must follow a straight line.

From preparing for the Judiciary to working with a law firm, from pursuing advanced education to learning at Harvard, from becoming a national trainer to stepping onto the runway, and from founding an empowerment initiative to entering entrepreneurship—each chapter has added a new dimension to her story.

What connects these seemingly different worlds is a common thread: purpose.

Her legal education gave her knowledge. Her training journey gave her a platform. Her experience in modelling strengthened her confidence. Winged Women gave her a vehicle for empowerment. And entrepreneurship gave her an opportunity to build.

Together, these experiences have shaped a professional identity that is as diverse as it is purposeful.

The Power of an Unplanned Path

Perhaps the most defining lesson from Aayushhi's story is that an unexpected turn does not necessarily mean a wrong turn.

Sometimes, the path that takes us away from our original plan leads us closer to who we are meant to become.

Aayushhi Siingh has embraced that philosophy throughout her journey. She has refused to place herself inside a single professional box, instead allowing every experience to contribute to the next chapter.

Today, she stands at the intersection of law, education, empowerment, fashion, and entrepreneurship—demonstrating that a career can evolve without losing its purpose.

Her story is ultimately about more than professional achievements. It is about the courage to reinvent, the willingness to learn, and the vision to turn every new opportunity into a platform for growth.

Because sometimes, the life we build is not the one we originally planned.

It is the one we were meant to discover.
