Her breakthrough in pageantry came with Mrs. India Legacy Body Beautiful 2022–23, where she earned the honour of the title and secured a place among the Top 8. The achievement marked a significant turning point, giving her the confidence to pursue even greater opportunities in the fashion and pageantry arena.

In 2023, Mitashree added another prestigious achievement to her growing list of accomplishments when she was honoured with the title of Best Iconic Pageant Queen 2023 by Diva Planet. The recognition celebrated her elegance, personality, confidence, and journey as a pageant personality.

Her passion for fashion also took her to the runway. Mitashree had the honour of walking as a Showstopper at North East International Fashion Week, a memorable milestone that strengthened her association with the fashion industry and allowed her to showcase her confidence and individuality on a larger platform.

Her journey has also received recognition through leading magazine features. She has been featured in Diva Planet Magazine, UWTF Magazine, and Mystic Aura Magazine, with Mystic Aura Magazine honouring her as Face of the Month. These features have further highlighted her evolving identity as a professional, model, pageant personality, and woman of determination.
