From building bespoke travel experiences to authoring a wellness guide rooted in traditional remedies, Nitya Singhal is championing a lifestyle where business success and mindful living go hand in hand.

Success is often measured by professional milestones, but for Nitya Singhal, true achievement lies in creating meaningful impact—whether through entrepreneurship, family, or empowering people to lead healthier lives. As an entrepreneur, author, and wellness advocate, she represents a modern generation of leaders who believe that prosperity is most fulfilling when balanced with purpose.

Born in Chennai to Dilip and Namita Khemka, Nitya grew up between Chennai and Bengaluru in a business-oriented family that instilled the values of entrepreneurship, discipline, and holistic living from an early age. These formative years laid the foundation for a journey that seamlessly blends business acumen with a deep appreciation for wellness and mindful living.

Nitya earned her Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from Christ University, Bengaluru, before pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Analysis and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. Her academic background equipped her with a strong understanding of business strategy and finance, preparing her to build ventures driven by both creativity and purpose.

Today, she is the Founder and Managing Partner of Incept Designs, a luxury curated travel company that specializes in crafting bespoke and meaningful travel experiences. Rather than simply planning vacations, the company focuses on designing journeys that create lasting memories through personalization, authenticity, and exceptional service.

Balancing the responsibilities of entrepreneurship with family life, Nitya has embraced multiple roles with remarkable grace. Married to businessman Gaurang Singhal, she has built a life centered on both professional excellence and personal values. She is also a devoted mother to two children—Kavya Singhal, currently studying at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and Pranay Singhal, a student at Indus International School, Bengaluru.

While her entrepreneurial journey reflects innovation and leadership, another defining aspect of Nitya's life has been her lifelong connection to natural wellness. Growing up, she was surrounded by traditional approaches to preventive healthcare and everyday healing. Her grandmothers, Sharada Devi and Savita Swarup, played a significant role in shaping this perspective by introducing her to simple, nature-based remedies that had been trusted across generations.

Their wisdom inspired Nitya to believe that many everyday health concerns can often be supported through safe, natural, and time-tested household remedies alongside responsible modern medical care. This philosophy eventually became the inspiration behind her debut book, Healing at Home: Nitya Ke Nuskhe.

More than just a collection of remedies, the book is a heartfelt effort to revive traditional knowledge and encourage readers to embrace a healthier, more conscious lifestyle. Through practical insights rooted in everyday living, Nitya hopes to inspire families to reconnect with nature, reduce unnecessary dependence on chemicals for minor ailments, and appreciate the enduring value of holistic wellness practices.

As a first-time author, Nitya's mission extends beyond publishing a book. She aims to spark conversations around preventive wellness, empower individuals with accessible knowledge, and preserve generations of traditional wisdom for the modern world.

Nitya Singhal's journey is a compelling example of how entrepreneurship, family values, and purposeful living can complement one another. Whether curating extraordinary travel experiences or sharing the timeless healing practices passed down through generations, she continues to demonstrate that meaningful leadership is built not only through business success but also through creating a lasting positive impact on people's lives.

At a time when wellness has become a global priority, Nitya reminds us that some of the most powerful solutions have always been close to home—waiting to be rediscovered with wisdom, balance, and care.
