In December 2025, Ramesh was crowned Mr Bharat USA 2025 at the prestigious national pageant organized by MydreamUSA in New Jersey.

Receiving the title from Bollywood actor Jugal Hansraj made the achievement especially meaningful for someone who had grown up inspired by Indian cinema.

The victory represented much more than a pageant title.

It symbolized decades of persistence, self-belief, and the courage to continue chasing a dream long after many would have abandoned it.

His pageant success had already begun gaining national recognition earlier, with remarkable performances as the 1st Runner-Up at both the Connecticut State Pageant and the National Pageant in 2024, where he received recognition from celebrated personalities including Neelam Kothari and Tulip Joshi.

Keeping the Stage Alive

Ramesh's artistic journey extends far beyond television and pageantry.

He has become an active contributor to community theatre in the United States, continuously challenging himself through meaningful performances.

Most recently, he portrayed one of the lead characters in SETU's acclaimed stage production, When Gandhi and Mohammed Meet.

Recognized as one of SETU's most ambitious productions, the play has completed 24 performances, including numerous sold-out Off-Broadway shows across New York, Boston, and New Jersey. The production reflects Ramesh's commitment to using theatre as a medium for dialogue, cultural understanding, and meaningful storytelling.
