Born to educators Mr. Ronald Fernandes and Mrs. Nancy Fernandes, Reshel's passion for learning was nurtured from an early age. She completed her schooling at DPS MRPL, Mangalore, followed by her Pre-University education at Ladyhill Victoria PU College, where she secured State 7th Rank and District First Rank in the Arts stream.
Her academic achievements continued as she earned a B.A. in Hindi from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha and a B.A. in History, Economics, and Political Science from Sri Mahaveera College, Moodbidri, graduating with Second Rank in Mangalore University. She is currently pursuing the final year of her LL.B. at S.D.M. Law College, Mangalore, while also expanding her expertise through professional courses in Disaster Management, Human Resource Management, and Public Health Management.
